Management Team

J. Eric Anderson, President and CEO

Eric founded ERP-Link in 1998 after 15 years in IT executive management positions for high technology systems companies; all in the fields of applying supercomputing technology to some of the biggest IT business problems faced by corporations, including running SAP R/3 and very-large-scale data warehouses. His deep expertise in applying information technology to business was gained by working with Client/Server infrastructures, SAP/ERP systems, and by architecting and managing the deployment of eBusiness systems for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Alaska Airlines, MCI, and Merrill Lynch.

Before founding ERP-Link, he was with Amdahl Corporation, the Cray Research Business Supercomputer Group, Floating Point Systems, Control Data and Xerox Business Systems. He is a graduate of the School of Business at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, Calif..

 

Nick Allen, Director of Marketing and Partner Programs

Nick heads up marketing communications at ERP-Link, responsible for product marketing strategies and partnering programs. He has more than 15 years' of IT industry experience with a strong background in corporate and commercial business data solutions. Prior to joining ERP-Link, Nick served as chief architect at Archi-Tech Systems, designing specialized reporting solutions for the pharmaceutical industry that enable key sales force targeting capabilities and competitive market analyses. His solutions are deployed in ongoing operations at over 15 large pharmaceutical companies. Before joining Archi-Tech Systems, Nick led European technical operations for Dataware Technologies, a provider of warehouse authoring and retrieval systems, helping to expand its partnering and distribution networks throughout Europe. He brings strong analytical and communications skills gained from hands-on involvement with a wide range of multinational and pan-European projects. He has engineered successful data solutions for such clients as the European Patent Office, the French, German and British Standards Institutes, the British Library, Lloyd’s of London, the University of Helsinki, Le Monde, and the International Herald Tribune.

Nick earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina. He was an exchange student at the University of Trier, Germany, an honorary foreign intern at Mannesmann AG in Düsseldorf and then a Fulbright Scholar at the Universität München in Munich.

Josef Leicht, Ph.D., CTO, SAP Technology

Leicht is the chief architect of ERP-Link technologies for web-enabling SAP and ERP-Link solutions to make SAP technology Microsoft .NET-ready for systems integration and optimization. Leicht has more than 18 years' of hands-on experience with SAP, and is uniquely skilled as an SAP and Microsoft .NET technologist and a business process expert in logistics, sales, and distributions systems.

Before co-founding ERP-Link with Eric Anderson, Leicht worked as a business process expert, functional implementation manager, project manager, ABAP development manager, and solution architect for U.S. and European companies running SAP, including Chrysler Euro Star, OEMV Austria, Shell, and Lucent. He also consulted for many other companies on the implementation, integration, and enhancement of their SAP R/2 and R/3 systems.

Leicht holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Karl Franzens University, Graz, Austria.

 

John Källén, Chief .NET Software Architect

Källén is the architect of ERP-Link's developer tools and their integration into the Microsoft Visual Studio environment. He is a technology expert in Microsoft Windows, COM, and ASP.NET applications and user interfaces, with interests ranging from user interface design, simulation, and graphics programming to program transformations, computer languages, and compiler technology.

Källén joined ERP-Link from Microsoft, which he joined as a software design engineer directly out of college. During his 11 years at Microsoft, he was a member of the development teams that produced Microsoft Mail 3.0, Exchange 4.0, Windows 95, Internet Explorer 4.0, Visual Studio 6, and Visual Studio.NET (2003 edition).

As a teenager, Källén was a support programmer with Swedish software developer Scala, where he worked on the CP/M, MS-DOS, and Unix versions of its software products for creating, distributing, and broadcasting multimedia content through digital signs, televisions, kiosks, and menu boards.

Källén received his B.E. in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University, Palo Alto, Calif.
